I have been having trouble sleeping through the night since peri menopause. Even when I was sleeping it was very light and easily disturbed and then had trouble getting back to sleep. The Restore has been amazing, my sleep quality has improved and I am waking up rested. The Recharge keeps me going at the pace I need all day to balance being a mum, working and looking after horses.
